Current behaviour
Mana tide totem lasts indefinitely and hits raid wide rather than party-specific.
Side Note: Other party-specific spells function the same way. Also if you cast prayer of healing and target yourself, it also hits all raid members rather than just your current party.
Expected behaviour
Party-specific benefits and 13 second totem duration.

Steps to reproduce the problem
Have a shaman bot cast Mana Tide Totem while in raid and in a separate party.
DO NOT REMOVE OR SKIP THE ISSUE TEMPLATE
