Partner sign up form is not accepting urls unless they have the http part #664

http://partners.tripfab.com/ when filling in the info I tried www.cocomar.net and it will not accept it. We need to make this A LOT easier for partners.

@nilay please dont work on partners.tripfab.com... that application is no being used. @sobrado please do not report issues on this application
