Make "Help Desk" optional #163

  1. Add a new team
  2. Configure everything except a help desk
  3. Add the team

What happens: Empty screen with a JavaScript error that Help Desk is required.

What should happen: No error! Help Desk shouldn't be required, since everything works well without it.
