Add Artist to now playing display #245

Adds the artist to the now playing bar on the bottom
Increases the size of the thumbnail to use up the added vertical space
Increases the width of the song details section of the now playing bar by 20px

Hi, I'm really sorry I did not send updates sooner. The truth is that I'm not working on Jamstash at all these days. I just don't find time/energy to work on it now. Since you're obviously motivated, maybe you should be collaborator ? What do you think about it @tsquillario ?
