Spectacles for Grasshopper

A Grasshopper plugin to export three.json files that can be loaded by the Spectacles web viewer.

First implemented by Benjamin Howes, Charlie Portelli and Jonatan Schumacher at the AEC Technology Hackathon in NYC in May 2014 as part of the vA3C project. Currently being maintained by Thornton Tomasetti's CORE studio.

Installation Instructions

• Download the latest build from Food4Rhino
• Right click the downloaded .zip file > properties > click unblock button, then Apply, then OK.
• copy the Spectacles.GrasshopperExporter.gha and Newtonsoft.Json.dll files into this directory:
  • C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries
• Restart Rhino and Grasshopper, then look for the Spectacles tab in Grasshopper's ribbon.

Take a look at the sample files contained in the downloaded .zip file to get you started.
