Implement an integration with a Continuous Integration service to build, test and deliver the project. Use cases are:

Test code on PRs
- run tests
- validate versioning
- validate Code coverage?
- minimum reviewers
Build Project and push to a Docker registry (Docker hub)
Generate releases (tags, docs)
Forbid direct pushes to master
