This PR introduces a comprehensive Quick Start guide to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for users interested in using Cartesi. The guide covers essential steps, from installation to building and running a DApp with sunodo and deroll.

Repo requires linear history. Need to simplify the commits and make sure it's linear (no merges)
