takes a long time to read schema file (and perform other unadvertised steps?)

skip make create-data-harmonizer and create a data_harmonizer directory like https://github.com/microbiomedata/submission-schema/tree/main/data_harmonizer

make create-data-harmonizer does work now with curated set of checklist-envpackage combinations, at least when creating a DH build that only includes MimsSoil
