Fanctl fails to detect if systemd service is running already #1

Problem detecting if systemd service is already running..before lauch. I al looking at it. This happens in actual master branch.

This issue is been resolved with a better approach.

starting the service and then running ats --test or ats -t, is detected. starting ats without arguments is still possible even with the service running.

Needs a better aproach. Will mark as closed, later will be reopen to solve the last bits remaining..
