add registry read + cx_freeze to setup #27

cx_freeze seems to have currently problems on linux, maybe don't merge these commits, the rest seems to work well.

i also uploaded a new win32 version to springfiles:

how unitsync is located is a bit hacky, i think this has to be rewritten completly.
