win32 rapid doesn't load unitsync because of missing pthreadGC2.dll #40

to fix, loadunitsync.dll with LoadLibraryEx & LOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms682586%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

pthreadGC2.dll is next to unitsync.dll

Thanks, I'll try to take a look in 3 weeks or so, I'm moving like 3 times this week and then need to furnish my final place.

no hurries, i've already made a workaround (the installer just copies the dll next to rapid.exe), so for the moment it just works...
