Preserve passage order in Twee output #124

This pull request includes the commits from #123 as well since it depends on them; only the last commit is new.

Since your branch preserve_order is descended from fix_twee_again and more_cleanup (which have their own separate pullreqs), accepting this pullreq will, in effect, also accept all the commits for those pullreqs. Just an advisory.
