import issue after updating to 2.0.7 from 2.0.6

hey all, caught what looks like an import transcription bug in 2.0.7. here's what happened, i:

• exported an archive from v2.0.6
• moved it to another computer
• upgraded that computer to v2.0.7
• imported my archive and
• found that links between passages weren't being detected, because the "<" and ">" characters had been imported as < and &rt;

i was able to get around this by deleting my imported stories, reverting to 2.0.6, and importing them under that version.
