If you try to delete a story, you get an error message like this:
after you click "OK" the file successfully deletes.
However, if you then try to create a new story, you see this error message three times:
(Note, that's the name of the deleted story, not the new one that was created.)
After that Twine may behave erratically, like the "Home" button in a story may open a new window with the main Twine page, but doesn't close the current story. Closing the current story in that case closes Twine entirely.
