Sorry about the weird commits there - I experienced some derpage with my git kungfu. It all works out in the end though.

Commit #cc964c9 should be ignored. I dunno why this gets sent through? boggle

Commit #d3812da is a 100% backwards compatible way to allow StoryFormat creators to add a footer.html to their StoryFormats. The test files do not appear in any exe or installer builds - and are for illustrative purposes only. See the commit for full details.
