Especially for non-English users, customising text for <<back>> & <<return>> macros #60

A new Twine user (Graciliano ) suggested that "it would be very nice to being able to customize the text that is displayed by the <> and <> macros. That would be specially useful in the case of non-English stories. "

Are there any other macros that display program-set text on the screen? (as opposed to author or reader/play-set text.) I can't think of any.

But this principle would be good to apply to any new macros that are included in the official distribution of Twine.

I've written a custom implementation of the back macro that allows the text to be customised on a once off or to set a new default. I'm keeping this out of the main codebase while we discuss the implementation. If we're agreed something like this is the way to go then we can merge it then. For now, people wanting this functionality can use my custom macro. http://eturnerx.com/fot/The%20Future%20of%20Twine.html#!CustomMacros (look for the custom back macro)

I've incorporated this back macro into my Responsive story format.
