Minor Jonah and Sugarcane fixes.

• Added missing String.unDash() function used by Wikifier.formatHelpers.inlineCssHelper - see also http://www.glorioustrainwrecks.com/node/5063
• Altered the "macro" formatter lookahead regex so that single greater-than signs are permitted inside macros. (Double greater-than signs still terminate).

Excellent I'll manually merge this as soon as I find time. If you can, have a look at the source repositories for Sugarcane and Jonah and if you could be so kind, see if you can apply these fixes to those functions. I'm looking at connecting the repositories so that targets are always synchronized to Twee and Twine.

I commited some more fixes just now. I hope it won't be a bother that I un-minified most of the Javascript, thus making the source diff hard to read...

I added another commit - the message got a bit mangled though. The changes I did to tweelexer.py are also demonstrated in this picture: http://i.imgur.com/MuZb1Zm.png Feel free to alter the colours etc. if you wish. (Everything depicted is valid Twine syntax, albeit some bits are undocumented)

Ah leon's solved the backtracking issues already. These pull requests have been sitting here piling up commits for a while. Anyone have the time to go through them and check what has been merged and not? I would love to but not sure when I can.
