Are you able to reproduce the issue customer is facing? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the application?
Hello @kbagchiGWC , I can't reproduce it on my side but the customer can. Yeah we already advised him to do it. I opened a ticket on Twilio console to share the call ids with them.
@Thortoco Unfortunately we will not be able to help without more details. As you mention, one of your customer is having the issue and not all, it sounds like a settings/configuration issue on the customer end point.
Please open a support ticket with the call sids and one of our SEs will be able to help you.
Description
One of our customers is having an issue with his microphone. He can't be heard during inbound or outbound calls. He correctly has the permission enabled for microphone and when he tries others applications that use the mic, it's working properly. On Twilio console for one of his call he is having
