Please rename this repo to permissioned-delegation-matic.
We should be looking to either follow the naming convention in the Twinstake org or match the upstream repo name (but the upstream repo is called simply contracts, which is obviously a terrible name for here).
Nowhere in the Twinstake org do we use title case for repo names.
