Time Zone Label #1

Some time zone labels can be as long as 5 characters. This skews the alignment of the clock. This is purely and aesthetic issue.

In version 1.10 did away with displaying local time zone abbreviations. The variable length upset the look and feel. Replaced with new abbreviation LT for Local Time. Did same thing for screens that display AOS/LOS times in UTC and local time.
