As an administrator I can delete tours so that I have full control over the tours that are offered on my site

Provide CRUD functionality so as the owner of the site, I can make quick and easy changes to the database
Be able to delete tours in both Django admin and on the live site

[x] Add delete buttons to both the tours page and the tour detail page to allow for easy deletion of tours
[x] Write a function to delete tours and redirect to the tours page when deletion has occurred
