Is it possible to input bam files? #10

Hi,

This is an exciting tool. Is it possible to input bam files instead of fastq? Trying to use a local computer to run this...

Sorry, there is currently no support for inputting bam files. I still highly recommend you run a cisDynet snakemake process.
