Sufia7 [CCM]: Plan a PCDM data model for collection nesting #1122

We want to plan out how we're going to achieve this in PCDM. This ticket doesn't include implementing the model in Ruby/Rails -- the deliverable here is a clear communication of how the datamodel will exist at the Fedora level.

This already comes for free with PCDM, as it turns out. Closing as unnecessary at this time.
