Test backup/recovery of Fedora4 / Solr #602

We have questioned around how tightly synced the Solr index needs to be with the Fedora instance: changes to the HydraNorth models require reindexing, we assume, but we have reason to think that changes in content on the Fedora side will make a recovered index unusable and require reindexing. This needs to be investigated and a suitable backup strategy implemented.
