Remote push to ingest #613

To support the development work on a system to support the FEC process in the Faculty of Science, we will need APIs to allow depositing an article (with metadata) to the repository. We need to look at the current state of Sword for Hydra/Fedora.

This has metadata aspects/implications that need to be looked at. This should be very doable.

For a, we need to look at the current state of Sword. For b and c, tweaks to the Solr indexing may be necessary combined with an appropriate export mechanism. We will meet with the developers of the new system to define their needs before we start.
