Display embargo label in dashboard list of files #758

embargoed item shows in 'my files and collections' list as private, likely because i set it to be private until the embargo ends. nothing major but the embargo label would be nice to have.

I changed the title to make it clear what needs to be done. @sfarnel @sfbetz would you like to see both the Embargo and the Private labels in the listing (i.e. in the top screenshot above), so that it's clear what the current status is, or is it sufficient to replace the Private label with Embargo, as in the second screenshot?

I think adding the embargo label in addition to the private label would be the clearest visual representation for the user.
