Your file just seems to say to make an ibm account. Could you possibly create something like a README instead? This could explain what the function does and how to use it.

@JustinJaniszewski I will be elaborating on my documentation on this file. I had just started writing and then wanted to merge with the main branch before doing anything else. If you can accept the merge request.
