• [x] Worker expense should go to team home on save
• [ ] Have a report for projects where unbilled expenses exceed remailing quote?
• [x] Initiate closeout for FieldManager didn't go correctly. (URL had existing url in it) https://localhost:44308/caes/project/closeout/caes/project/details/caes/project/details/caes
• [x] Finance can't reject a stale quote
• [x] Finance adding a ticket doesn't work. Hide the create ticket, what about override reject quote which creates a ticket?
