How trustworthy is the Airbnb dataset? That is, do they get a comprehensive listing of all the hosts?

What do you mean by "spatial distribution"? What is this object that you are predicting? Only in the end was this clear
Not clear what Moran's I measure is.

Thanks for asking. I think the dataset is trustworthy because it provides details of listings including listing's url and information of hosts and user reviews. I looked at some of the listings to verify and they looked accurate.
