Fuzz test so far so good. Going to add the fuzz test log again and make a new release.

Fixed several compatibility issues with biopython. The github action for testing used to use biopython 1.81 but for some reason it uses 1.82 now, so they showed up as inconsistency of argument list of functions. Nothing big.
