This would streamline Helpline’s workflow (we can collectively triage requests in Freshdesk, now that they’re fully utilizing that system; also will hopefully benefit from Freshdesk’s spam filtering). UCOP IT also has concerns about our existing OAC-FEEDBACK-L and CALI-L listservs, which use Amazon SES to send feedback emails. There is no email authentication configured.
