Report would include a summary of data values across all collections:

Lists of records:

Records with data that doesn't conform to required specs (e.g., dates, type)
Records that lack required metadata (type, identifier, rights, title, isShownBy, isShownAt)
Records with metadata fields that have changed (data drift)
Records with None thumbnail.path values (see https://cdlib.slack.com/archives/C069LNM1Q/p1732561005757309)
