We previously thought this cavpp_islandora legacy mapper was obsolete, but found there is one endpoint dependent on it. Adding this back to the queue, but with a couple of notes.

1: We'd like to propose pushing this up the queue, following the Solr/Blacklight (UCSD) work. (And ahead of the OAC work that's next up.)

2: The legacy mapper cavpp_slandora currently has two endpoints, one of which is obsolete. Only the GLBT HS endpoint (with 28 collections) will need to work with this mapper.

3: Please name this new Rikolti mapper: oai.islandora.glbths

4: Just an FYI/reminder that there is a base oai.islandora mapper that this new oai.islandora.glbths mapper will work with.
