Could you add a windows TecIO.lib in src directory? #38

Dear friends,I want to use ucns3d in native windows , so I use visual studio 2022 and Intel oneAPI and cmake for compile and link, everything seems ok except the link with TecIO.lib.the error is error LNK2109:unresolved external symbol TECINI112.I have no source TecIO source file and the current tecplot interface is much higher than 112, so could you please add windows static TecIO.lib to src directory without any dependencies? Many thanks.
