Note: In order for the app to run properly, you MUST be on the same wifi as the computer with the QR code.

Functionality

Enter in a time that you want to wake up the next day, and our app will return the time you should go to sleep the night before so you can get the optimal number of hours of sleep.

Pressing the button will set an alarm, as well as a pop-up that informs you to which time the alarm is set. Once that time is reached, a pop-up alert will show up in the app to inform you that it is time to go to sleep.

If you wish to change the way your sleep is calculated, you can switch between strict hours and calculating the sleep time from your sleep cycle in the settings page.
