build.xml currently publishes the javadoc to a CSIL account Instead, use the github-pages workflow to publish your javadoc to a github pages URL

To finish this issue, where should I creat the gh pages?Should I create on UCSB-CS56-Projects/cs56-networking-chat or forked one? Because seems it is impossible to set the gh pages as default branch.
