Swampfile validation option #37

  1. When exiting after validation error, exit code should not be 0 (Problematic for automation)
  2. Lots of error aren't caught there , such as entering a string where a boolean field is, etc..

  1. fixed and will be deployed with v0.0.18
  2. wont fix as vconf only validates Swampfile syntax errors
