problem with logging #132

User is not able to logging in PMLTQ with some shibboleth providers.

No valid response parameters. cid[null]

VM128 discojuice.js:17 DiscoResponse ERROR Received cid=null

/services/pmltq/#!/home:1 Refused to display 'https://namidp.services.uu.nl/nidp/saml2/sso' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
