suggest is not working on pdt3.5 #148

Reason

missing pdt35 schema

Solution

unify schema location for both suggest and print service in order to avoid missing or duplicit schema

add TrEd extensions to resource path https://github.com/ufal/pmltq-suggest-server/blob/master/script/pmltq-suggest-server#L19

TODO allow multiple paths in parameter
