Link the full documentation from help pages #161

The PML-TQ homepage links the tutorial and documentation. However, some users may miss the homepage (e.g. if they follow a query permalink).

Wouldn't it make sense to link https://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/pmltq/user-documentation also from the treebank-specific help pages (e.g. the PDT-C one)? For example by adding the link to the quick intro message.

Probably a better place can be chosen. Your PDT-C help is automatically generated. There also exists real treebank specific help: LVTB 2.8 help

OK. I meant from all the help pages, which are in some cases treebank specific.
