what's wrong with "č"? (Error while executing query) #92

using "č" or "ě" in a matched string leads to "Error while executing query", both in equality test and in a regexp: http://hdl.handle.net/11346/PMLTQ-XZ8N, http://hdl.handle.net/11346/PMLTQ-4AGF

probably related: during an attempt to save a query to a list, I have run across the following error message:

Wide character in subroutine entry at /opt/pmltq-server/releases/20170608092201/local/lib/perl5/DBIx/Class/EncodedColumn/Digest.pm line 49.

I found out that the problem only appears when I am logged in (via Shibboleth). It happens both in Chromium and in Firefox.

Note that this seems to be the same issue as https://github.com/ufal/perl-pmltq-web/issues/38.

Chyba je v čárce za "stručný", ta tam nemá být.

@jmirovsky Když jsem přihlášená, tak to nefunguje ani bez čárky. Čárku za poslední podmínkou běžně používám a problém s tím není (a člověk ji tam nezapomene přidat, když se rozhodne přidat další podmínku).
