DengueME is a collaborative and open source software framework to model and simulate the spatiotemporal dynamics of dengue transmission and the ecology of its vector. It supports compartmental and individual-based models, integrated with a geographical database. Currently, DengueME is based on TerraME 1.6 https://github.com/TerraME/terrame/releases/tag/1.6.0.
DengueME is distributed under the BSD 2-clause License. See dengueme-license-bsd2.txt for details.
