Add User Delete Option, admin delete any user then delete user all data like bio link, shortened link, project, and QR code, also user everything deletes in the database and uploads a folder,

  1. and also fixed the rest password console error and 2. smtp proper not working verify email did not come in my email I added perfectly smtp details fixed, please.
