I'll have another scan for example coords to use. I did not find anything obvious, so used Christmas Island (agreed it should be documented, maybe a wiki page for an example entity).

The cert I created for example.org. Although it is not anonymous in the sense it is: Issued By: C=GB, ST=Bristol, L=Bristol, O=Jisc, OU=T&I, CN=example.org.

I will update the IP address.

192.0.2.0/24 (TEST-NET-1) seems sensible for the IP (from the RFC).
