Update DHSC C&C information #52

Thanks! I don't understand why the tests are failing, so I'll rerun them, and if they still fail, try locally.

This might seem like an extreme workaround, but bear with me. This website is being shut down, because we don't have time to maintain it, in particular to maintain its accessibility to the standards that become mandatory on September the 23rd. Instead, there's now a Google Sheet of the content of the Coffee & Coding page. This is probably easier for everyone, because it doesn't require pull requests and so on. I've updated DHSC's details there.

The other reason is that the site wouldn't build because some of the RAP guidance code isn't reproducible anymore, which is embarrassing.

Sorry about all that. Thank you for making the PR, and congrats on getting a public repo and email address.
