Cursor gets stuck #270

When hovering over the border or other window elements of Ultralight that trigger a mouse cursor change it will get stuck on that cursor unless it gets changed by some other element. Tested on the latest sdk (Windows x64) linked in the README.

Hiya,

Chiming in after a message on Slack. This is not present on OS X, and I would hazard a guess that it isn't on Linux, either. I can test it later on today.
