Supervisor reports attach to multiple incident reports? #352

Why does the supervisor description not match driver’s report of the incident? The driver reports as a disturbance / supervisor description is of an accident?

Looks like that is supposed to be for incident 2022-09-23. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove the supervisor report from 2022-09-13 because it was accepted over 45 days ago. I think this is a glitch in the system where supervisor reports are getting attached to multiple incident reports if we submit the report on the same day. It seems like that’s what happened with the incident (DOI 10-9-22) that you emailed about a few weeks ago.

This issue is with the claims system and Liza is looking into it.
