When logged in as casino owner and viewing the documents, the headers are all in a sort mode that does not exist (ie: both up and down arrow is visible) if this is the "unsorted" view for that column, then it should look exactly the same as it does after changing: no arrows.
The pagination also seems buggy, ie: clicking the 1 in the bottom right causes some css issues
