Add a font selection menu to the hamburger menu #1411

Allow users to switch fonts for the target language and change the font of the fields on the target side.

DoD:

User can change fonts and the target side updates to display in that font for both TSVs and MD files.

Please hide this feature for the 1.8 release. We don't want the users to see the font selection on the menu for the TSV migration release 1.8

Available in translationCore Create - v1.9.0 build 207-408b416 and looks good.
