Highlights do not show for TSV9 en-tn #1473

In the latest build on Dev- translationCore Create - v1.8 build 197-7a6b5de, highlighting does not show for TSV9 en-tn files. Highlighting was fixed to work well in TSV7 format by column mapping... we found where for TSV7 it was off by a column or two.

But this change broke the highlighting for TSV9 file format.

Highlighting is working fine for TSV9 as well as TSV7 tN in translationCore Create - v1.8 build 201-8185543.
